Send your selected piece with a prepaid shipping label
Send your piece(s) back in the original box if possible. Make sure you have the original authentication card as this must be sent back with your piece. If you do not have your authentication card you may incur a re-authentication fee.

We’ll process your payout
After receiving your piece, your payout will be processed in 7-10 business days. You should receive your cheque shortly after that at the address you provided.

Select a single piece or multiple pieces to trade for your new investment piece at the current gold value, plus 10% bonus gold value and no liquidation fee

Select a new investment piece to trade up to and complete a few details
Select your new investment piece. Your trade in value will automatically deduct from your new total and any remaining value will be sent to you at the provided address.

Send your selected piece with a prepaid shipping label
Send your piece(s) back in the original box if possible. Make sure you have the original authentication card to hand as this must be sent back with your piece.

Receive your new jewelry investment
If you do not have your authentication card you may incur a re-authentication fee.
